A 1997 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, Dr. Mike Collins has over two decades of chiropractic experience treating thousands of patients. Originally from Upstate NY, Dr. Collins played college football at Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA before heading to chiropractic school in Mo. A football injury during his sophomore year in high school led Dr. Collins to a chiropractic office, and he has been hooked on natural healing – and treating high level athletes – ever since!
Following graduation in 1997 Dr. Collins opened his first clinic in Sayre, PA – but his distaste for cold weather led him to sunny Arizona in 2002. Since 2003 Dr. Collins has owned and operated clinics in Tempe and Gilbert. Knowing the strain that working on a computer and at a desk can put on your back and spine, Dr. Collins has also had satellite clinics inside Insight.Com, Socius and Higher Logic Software companies around the valley. Dr. Collins has also been blessed with the opportunity to work on professional athletes in football, baseball, hockey, triathlons, body building, fitness and BMX racing. He has even had the unique opportunity to be backstage and adjust major recording stars as they travel through Phoenix!
In his spare time you can find Dr. Collins on the campus of Arizona State University following through on his second love – teaching future health care providers how to best make an impact in the health of their patients and in their communities. Dr. Collins currently serves as the Associate Director of Health Innovation for ASU’s Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and is also a Barrett Honors Faculty member.
Dr. Collins lives in Glendale with his wife Jackie and his daughter Ciara.
